Registering with Imza Homes will allow us to create a search criteria that is tailored to you. You will receive the property particulars before they reach the portals like Zoopla and On the Market. You can register with us by clicking here or by calling 0151 808 1090.

You have viewed the perfect property and want to take it. Whilst at the viewing, request an application form! An electronic form will be sent to you by email with details of how to pay the holding deposit.

Now all the checks are completed, we will send you your tenancy agreement to sign prior to your moving day. Once signed, we will request your first months rent and deposit.

Now your application has been accepted we will reference you. This includes, a credit check, a previous landlord reference and an employment reference. At this stage you will also be asked to provide your ID documents for right to rent verification. 

You have signed the tenancy agreement and paid the money, now all that is left to do is hand over the keys to your new property. Look out for our welcome boxes containing discounts & goodies!
