Looking to buy a home?

Looking to buy a home can be a daunting task, especially if its your first!

We have highlighted some of the key things to have in place and look for when buying a property in the UK.

1. Mortgage

Before starting to search for a property you want to buy, we advise arranging a meeting with a mortgage broker. They can provide you with an agreement in principle from a lender. This will show you the price of the property that you can purchase up to.

3. Viewings and Offers

Viewings are an important and integral part of finding the perfect home. Don't worry if you don't find the perfect one straight away! Once you do find the perfect home, you will need to put forward an offer to the seller. We can guide you through this process so ask for help and advice on what you may need.

6. Sales Progression

Navigating the sale of a property can be a strenuous and confusing time. When buying a property through us, you have us to turn to. We are on hand to assist you with any queries and also chase the solicitors on your behalf, ensuring a efficient and smooth process.

2. Register

Registering with Imza Homes will allow us to create a search criteria that is tailored to you. You will receive the property particulars before they reach the portals like Zoopla and On the Market. You can register with us by clicking here or by calling 0151 808 1090.

4. Instructing Solicitors

Now that your offer has been accepted, you will need to appoint a solicitor to assist you with your sale. We can recommend one to you, or you can appoint your own. If buying with a mortgage, it may best to see if they have a recommended solicitor.

7. Completion

The day has arrived, and the sale of the property is agreed by both solicitors. Once the funds have been transferred, we provide you with the keys to your new home. The rest is now up to you!

From the start of my contact with IMZA Homes I have found them to be reliable, professional. very helpful and friendly. They were easy to contact by phone and it was refreshing to be able to speak to a person rather than everything being done on line. Email communication was efficient too. Also James went out of his way to be helpful, for example giving us a second viewing on his day off as it was the only day we could do.
